My daughter is oohing and awing over your post. We also just had a little chat about you being a Vegan and her drawing a photo for you about why her love of animals has led her to give up meat!! Her main concern about your being a vegan is not eating ice cream, bless! I assured her there were plenty on non-dairy options for her just like her sister:) Be well Celeste and lovely post!!!!
Your daughter just touches my heart Lisa! Please let her know that ice cream was one of the hardest things for me to give up when I went vegan too. My husband and I were on a kick of sharing a pint of Ben & Jerry’s almost every night when we decided to go vegan. But like you say, there are lots of yummy vegan ice cream choices out there. My favorite brand is Trader Joe’s Soy Creamy Cherry Chocolate Chip. It’s delicious and reasonably priced. So Delicious Coconut Milk Coconut Almond Mini ice cream bars are also incredible!
