Thank you for following my vegan heart blog—
It looks and sounds like great ingredients and am so happy to be able to pass this on to my youngest daughter. She has had juvenile rheumatoid arthritis (since she was 13 and that means 15 years of meds that stripped her of good red blood cells, too) and has been trying to live on a vegan diet to help promote good cellular growth and not take any more medications. She does like agave nectar and natural honey from local beehive owners. I know her sweet tooth would love this recitpe! Thanks for sharing it! Robin
You are very welcome. I do believe the answer to so many diseases is a organic vegan diet.
I feel for your daughter and her health issues. Like Ivonne, I believe that a plant-based diet (one without refined sugar, oils and processed food) has amazing health bennies. My husband lowered his blood pressure and cholesterol to normal levels on this diet and both of us feel so much better eating this way.
I have a sweet tooth too, so giving up sugar was hard for me at first, but now I’ve discovered so many healthy sugar free recipes that it’s a cinch! Here are a couple of my favorite sugar-free goodie recipes that you might want to pass on to your daughter (or for you too chica!):
