Thanksgiving may be over, but the beauty of this vegan cream cheese pumpkin blew me away! I wish I had seen this sooner – I would have made it for Thanksgiving for sure. I suppose I can make it for Christmas. Yea – why not? š

Hi Celeste! Thanks for reblogging my post! My I suggest that you replace the dried apricots with dried cranberries if planning to make it for Christmas? You can shape it into a xmas tree using a cookie cutter. š
